Juhannus in Naantali

Hi there!

Happy Midsummer! Hyvää Juhannusta! In Finland midsummer is traditionally celebrated with bonfires (kokko), alcohol and friends. Oh, and the most important thing: sauna! As I'm not very into alcohol I didn't enjoy any but I was with my friends in Naantali's old city harbour. It was a beautiful way to celebrate midsummer eve. The weather was nice even though it was quite cold. After watching the bonfire we went back home and took a nice midsummer sauna in the middle of the night! I had a lovely time :)

Until next time! Take care!
